About the Project

DNP Projects collaborated closely with Cindy and Vincent to deliver a fully compliant, sustainable, and cost-effective medical suite fitout for Sydney Clinical Trials, located within Campbelltown Private Hospital. The project required close coordination with the base build contractors and strict adherence to hospital regulations and approval processes.

Key Features of the Fitout

• Custom Medical Laboratory & Treatment Rooms:
  Two dedicated treatment rooms for blood patients, a specialised laboratory space with medical-grade fridges, and essential services for blood testing were designed and built to meet clinical requirements.

• Dual-Purpose Kitchenette/Breakout Room:
  A thoughtfully designed kitchenette serves as both a staff breakout area and a flexible meeting space, supporting team collaboration and wellbeing.

• Functional & Compliant Layout:
  The layout was developed to meet both patient service expectations and staff operational needs, balancing clinical functionality with comfort.

• Custom Reception Design:
  A striking entry experience was created with a custom-built reception desk featuring marble stone elements, giving the suite a premium, professional presence.

• Sustainable Budgeting Approach:
  DNP worked through a detailed budget analysis to ensure financial feasibility without compromising on sustainable choices for materials and finishes.
