About the Project

Kitchen Culture, led by owner Jeremy Foxe and Design & Delivery Team Leader Lauren Marinovic, engaged us to deliver a full Design & Construct showroom and office fitout following their relocation from 22 Brookhollow Avenue to 40 Brookhollow Avenue, Norwest. From the outset, both Jeremy and Lauren worked closely with our team in a highly collaborative manner to ensure the new space reflected their brand, supported their operations, and met their clearly defined expectations for layout, look and feel, and budget.

The new showroom was designed to elevate the client experience, with a strong focus on flow, visibility, and product presentation. A new front entry opening was created to provide a welcoming arrival point for clients, leading directly into the showroom. Outside a beautiful new bar display the space showcases multiple display kitchens, a walk-in butler’s pantry, a finishes and doors studio, and outdoor kitchen displays, all designed to demonstrate Kitchen Culture’s craftsmanship and design capability.

To support the business operationally, a new back-of-house area was constructed, including two new offices—one private office for the Director and an open office area for the team. This space also includes custom joinery with a large TV to support presentations and collaboration, along with a new staff kitchen and seating area.

The fitout embraced a contemporary, industrial aesthetic with exposed ceilings, exposed concrete flooring, and state-of-the-art lighting features, creating a high-impact showroom environment that aligns with Kitchen Culture’s premium offering.
