• Construction of new walls, ceilings, and feature architectural elements.
• Custom joinery throughout the venue, including bar, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Supply and installation of flooring, painting, and decorative finishes.
• Electrical upgrade to the warehouse, Mechanical upgrades, Hydraulic, Fire, and IT services.
• Commercial kitchen construct and integration.

Key Project Successes

The successful delivery of Sapori Toscani resulted in a premium hospitality environment that balances aesthetics with functionality. Through careful planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and proactive project management, DNP Projects delivered a venue that embodies the client's vision while meeting all operational and compliance requirements. The finished restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience and supports efficient day-to-day operations.

Challenges and Solutions

The project presented several challenges that required detailed coordination and effective problem-solving:

• Design Integration: Creating a space that captured the authentic Tuscan character while remaining practical for a modern restaurant operation required close collaboration between designers, consultants, and the client.

• Services Coordination: Integrating mechanical ventilation, kitchen exhaust systems, electrical switchboard upgrade services, and hydraulic requirements within the existing tenancy demanded careful planning to avoid clashes and maintain the desired aesthetic outcomes.

• Custom Joinery and Finishes: The project incorporated bespoke joinery and feature finishes that required precise detailing, coordination with suppliers, and strict quality control to achieve the desired visual impact.

• Hospitality Compliance: Ensuring compliance with fire safety, accessibility, health regulations, and building requirements required ongoing coordination with consultants, certifiers, and relevant authorities.

• Programme Management: Managing procurement, trades, and long-lead items while maintaining construction momentum was critical to achieving project milestones and ensuring a seamless handover.

Through strong communication, detailed planning, and hands-on project management, DNP Projects successfully delivered a high-quality restaurant fit-out that reflects the passion and authenticity of the Sapori Toscani brand.
