About the Project

DNP Projects worked closely with Angela and Craig to design and deliver a new office suite on Level 3 of The Bond Building in Norwest. The project was driven by a clear vision: to create a functional, professional, and budget-friendly space that would reflect the values of RichardBeck, Behlevanas & Boyd while supporting their future growth.

Key Features of the Fitout

• Privacy and First Impressions:
  A custom-designed frosting—developed with the client—provides immediate privacy and impact upon entry. A feature wall enhances this sense of separation, creating privacy for the accounting team while maintaining a warm and inviting feel throughout the suite.

• Smart Layout & Use of Space:
  The suite includes two private director offices, a small entry waiting area, and strategically placed workstations for the broader team. Thought was given to future expansion, allowing for organic growth without the need for reconfiguration.

• Breakout and Amenities Area:
  A compact yet functional breakout area, complete with essential services and appliances, looks out over the Bella Vista precinct. The space also integrates storage and displays existing artwork to personalize the environment.

• Sustainable Approach:
  DNP Projects supported sustainability efforts by incorporating the reuse of existing furniture, helping reduce waste while still achieving a modern and vibrant aesthetic.

• Precision Engineering:
  Partnering with FTA Engineering ensured that behind-the-scenes systems met high standards, delivering seamless comfort and functionality for everyday operations.
