About the Project
Oztam engaged us to support them with their move from Walker Street to 11 Pacific Highway and they were great to work with. The collaborative approach to their scope of works and relocation, in stages, was well communicated and executed. They required upgrades to multiple areas in their new office and Mapletree assisted as the landlord to give us the opportunity to create a new office with a fantastic view for their new client. The boardroom features a lot of natural light, new AV and acoustic insulation to perfectly use this for large meetings. The executive office was upgraded to support the privacy but also create inclusivity to the office. New flooring throughout made the space look new and modern to suit the Oztam Team.
