OH! Boo Chocolates is a boutique chocolatier known for handcrafted treats made using premium ingredients and French artisanal techniques. To maintain the integrity of their brand and elevate customer experience, the owners, Alex and Fanny, sought a complete re-fit of their Barangaroo chocolate shop.

Challenge

The existing shopfront was small, with restricted circulation for customers and limited back-of-house production space. The goal was to redesign the space to reflect the high quality of the chocolates while improving functionality, expanding the retail offering, and retaining on-site manufacturing capabilities.
