Blue Hippo Laundromat: Delivering a Modern Self-Service Laundry Experience

DNP Projects was engaged to deliver the complete fit-out of the new Blue Hippo Laundromat in Stanhope Gardens, creating a modern, functional and welcoming self-service laundry facility. The project marked the beginning of a long-term partnership with Blue Hippo, laying the foundation for the delivery of multiple locations across Australia.

Scope of Work

The scope of works included:

• Complete demolition of ceilings and existing services.

• Construction of new internal partitions and wall finishes.

• Installation of feature wall and ceiling cladding.

• Floor and wall tiling throughout the facility.

• Painting and finishing works.

• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic services including excavation and installation of 1000l cooling pit.

• Installation and coordination of commercial laundry equipment.

• Signage, lighting and customer amenities.

• Final detailing, commissioning and project management.

The completed fit-out delivers a clean, contemporary environment that has been designed to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable laundry experience.
