About the Project
Hutchison Weller, led by owners John Hutchison and Cameron Weller, engaged us to deliver a full Design & Construct office fitout tailored to their growing business and team culture. From the outset, the project was approached collaboratively, working closely with our in-house design team and the client to ensure the final outcome aligned with their operational needs, brand identity, and budget.

A key focus of the design process was advising on colours, finishes, and materials that complemented the client’s existing artwork while creating a professional, warm, and contemporary workspace. Careful consideration was given to balancing private and open areas, supporting leadership visibility while encouraging collaboration and staff engagement.

The fitout included the creation of new director offices to allow John and Cameron to effectively guide and support their team, alongside an open-plan workspace designed to enhance communication and workflow. A new 4-person meeting room and an open collaboration area were introduced to provide flexible meeting and breakout options for staff and clients.

To support daily operations, the project also delivered a new staff kitchen, designed as a functional and inviting space for the team, as well as dedicated IT and storage areas to improve organisation and efficiency across the office.

The completed fitout reflects Hutchison Weller’s professional ethos while providing a practical, modern workplace that supports both staff and client interaction.
